BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Online booking is subject to successful card payment. Card accepted are: Visa, MasterCard, Visa Electron, Maestro, American Express and JBC.
Full refunds for any conference and accommodation bookings made by Athena Meetings & Events will only be offered for cancellations made in writing up to 48 hours after the booking provided there are at least 6 weeks before the event starting date.
After 48 hours of the booking, refunds will incur a £50 administration charge. No refunds will be offered for booking cancellations (or part thereof) made within 6 weeks of a Conference, however it is possible to substitute a delegate with another in the same category until 15 working days prior to a Conference starting date. Delegate changes are only accepted in writing.
Places at a Conference are guaranteed on written confirmation. Acceptance of delegates is at the discretion of Athena Meetings & Events. If payment has not been received by the date of the Conference, Athena Meetings & Events reserves the right to refuse admission or ask for payment on-site by debit/credit card. No other form of payment will be accepted on-site. Cancellations related to a Conference social event must be received in writing up to 6 weeks prior to the event and a full refund minus £25 (plus VAT) admin fee will be processed. No refunds will be given after this time.
No refunds will be processed on-site. All refunds will be issued within 30 working days of the final day of the Conference at the latest.
In the event that a Conference is cancelled or cannot take place for any reason outside the control of the ATHENA MEETINGS & EVENTS, the fee shall be refunded in full. The liability of the ATHENA MEETINGS & EVENTS shall be limited to that refund and the organisers shall not be liable for any other loss, cost or expense, howsoever caused, incurred or arising. ATHENA MEETINGS & EVENTS accept no responsibility for any personal property.
Credit card details are passed via a Secure Encrypted Connection served via https to ensure security of all credit cards. All credit card details are deleted post event.
